New features

  • Add a setting for the default duration of risk assessment validity
  • Document can be linked to a person
  • Set a PDF form as the content of the document
  • When returning a published document back to preparation, it should be mandatory to enter a reason
  • Option to set xlsx or pptx as a document template
  • It should be possible to define emergency contact on the employee
  • Remove the “Print to owner and co-owners” check box on documents
  • When displaying tasks from processes in info point (workplaces, OU, persons…), they should be displayed by default in all process statuses

Bug fixes

  • On risk I can’t see its subactions
  • The document type does not appear in the language set by the user
  • The calendar does not display the meeting name
  • The meeting type has a role set for who can create a specific type, but some in this role can’t see the choice when creating a meeting
  • Error handling incoming email with RSVP
  • In the “History” list in the person’s info point in some fields there is no label, but only the translation key
