Mobile Version

The major news of this version is the new mobile version of DNA, which now enables a wide range of functionalities when accessing DNA on a phone or tablet. Currently, you can access the mobile version by opening DNA in the browser on your mobile device.


Equipment Module

In version 3.0, we introduce our latest innovation, the Equipment Module. The module is designed to facilitate equipment management and production processes for companies. As we all know, tracking equipment, ensuring its operation, and managing inventory can be a demanding task. It’s not just about knowing what you have; it’s also about knowing who is using it, when it needs maintenance, and even who to contact in case of issues. These challenges can lead to inefficiencies, costly downtime, and missed opportunities.

With DNA, you can now easily and efficiently track equipment usage, monitor inventory levels, plan maintenance, and even automate certain production processes and track each individual component embedded in your product. You can gain real-time insights, improve communication, and optimize workflows.

Questionnaire Module

We have significantly upgraded the Questionnaire Module, which now offers the option to assign questionnaires to specific individuals or anyone. Questionnaires can be completed on behalf of a third party, and the creation and editing of questionnaires have been improved: content sections, table question types, questionnaire signing, saving partially completed questionnaires for later continuation, and exporting completed questionnaires. For each employee, you can quickly see all past responses for he questionnaires that weren’t anonymous.

  • Add a QR code button to objects, which is a link to that object
  • All objects containing an address or location should be able to display a map
  • If a location has a specified street, it should be displayed on the map

  • Added is the Documentation – review of familiarization right, which allows the user to see, on each document they can view, the list of familiarizations and the history of familiarizations
