March and April 2011 were reserved for the purpose of adapting to new developments in the evaluation of the National Award for Excellence PRSPO 2011 by 5 training workshops for assessors of the European EFQM Excellence Model, which assess in the context of PRSPO procedure.
On education, the lecturers were mag. Karmen Kern Pipan and mag. Uroš Gunčar, European and international accredited assessors and lecturers on the EFQM model.
