In Turkey, a 19-member delegation of Slovenian businessmen forsought business opportunities

A 19-member delegation of Slovenian businessmen and institutions returned from Turkey a few days ago. Uroš Gunčar and Janez Gunčar from NETS, d.o.o. were part of the delegation. During the business visit, which was sponsored by SPIRIT Slovenija and Slotur-Slovenian-Turkish Business Club, they attended an investment business conference, had numerous bilateral B2B talks with Turkish companies, and visited several Turkish companies.

The members of the delegation were representatives of companies Ograje Kočevar, CMS-international legal consulting company, NETS d.o.o., Transport and TGM Reja, ABC real estate and Ljubljana real estate and the Faculty of Law University of Maribor. The members attended a business conference entitled “Investment opportunities in Slovenia and opportunities for business cooperation between Slovenian and Turkish companies”.

At the beginning, the participants were greeted by Tomaž Kostanjevec, Ph.D., Director of SPIRIT Slovenia, and Srečko Pirtovšek, president of SloTur, who emphasized the importance of the strategic partnership between Slovenia and Turkey and the strengthening of economic cooperation in various fields.

Zoran Stamatovski, Ph.D., from SPIRIT Slovenia presented in detail the Slovenian business and investment environment, and investment and business opportunities.
