Fixed bugs

• Shortcuts are displayed even though they are not valid anymore
• Meetings in employee’s Info point have empty Start column
• Completed sessions can’t be exported to Excel
• When adding/removing risk category, DNA should automatically add/remove risk factors and impacts to the risk
• If a survey has no respondents, the answers get deleted
• When saving excellence assessment (evaluation by criteria), criteria assessments disappear
