Assist. Prof. Borut Werber has been a lecturer at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels for the UM FOV study programme Organisation and Management of Information Systems since 1991. Since 2016, he has been a licensed PRSPO assessor for the EFQM 2013 model (ECAT certificate). Since 2020, he has been a licensed PRSPO assessor for the EFQM 2020 model (ECAT certificate). He participated as an assessor in the PRSPO in 2020. Since 2015, he has been a Slovenian and international assessor for accreditations and re-accreditations of higher education study programnes and institutions at the National Agency for Quality in Higher Education of Slovenia - SQAA (leading assessor of more than 20 assessments). He is an internal assessor of study programmes and institutions of UM (University of Maribor) on behalf of KOKU UM (University of Maribor Quality Assessment Commission). He has been a lay magistrate at the Labour and Social Court in Kranj (5 years). Head of self-assessment according to the EFQM 2013 model of excellence at UM FOV in 2016. Chairman, member of the UM FOV quality assessment commission, KOKU UM. Mojca Justin is a university graduate economist, business consultant and business skills trainer. She has been working in the ICT industry for more than 20 years as a leader of sales and project teams, or a director in Slovenian companies and multinationals. She has been participating in ISO process standardisation since 1994, and in recent years she has successfully introduced digitalisation and optimised processes in Slovenian companies.

She has been dealing with business excellence for the last eight years, she was educated according to the EFQM model this year and obtained the EFQM Assessor training and EFQM Certified Assessor Transformation Training certificates.

IRENA MALENKOVIČ | Elektro Celje d.d.




Coordinator of risk management and economic analysis, administrator of the quality management system, auditor on standards of quality management, environmental management, safety and health at work, and information security management

 

Irena Malenkovič is a university graduate economist. She was employed at Nova ljubljanska banka d.d. for almost 20 years in various fields, most of the time in the field of credit risks and determining the creditworthiness of companies and sole proprietors.

Since 2014, she has been employed by Elektro Celje d.d., in Celje, in the Cabinet of the Management Board, as a coordinator of risk management and economic analysis. In addition to being responsible for the operation of the risk management system, she is the administrator of the quality management system and an internal auditor of the standards of quality management, environmental management, occupational safety and health, and information security management. In 2019, she received the EOQ Quality manager certificate, and in October 2020, a certificate of successful completion of a seminar for leading auditors of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system.

Since 2015, she has been a licensed PRSPO assessor for the EFQM 2013 model (ECAT certificate), and upgraded her knowledge in 2020 with a PRSPO assessor licence for the EFQM 2020 model (ECAT certificate). As an evaluator in PRSPO, she participated in two evaluations for the Award of the Republic of Slovenia for Business Excellence, and at the same time in three self-evaluations within the company Elektro Celje d.d., which in 2016 applied for the assessment for the Award of the Republic of Slovenia for Business Excellence and was recognised for excellence in the category of private sector organisations with more than 250 employees.

She is an active member of the Slovenian Association for Quality and Excellence, active in the Energy Section, the purpose of which is the promotion of quality and excellence, and a member of the Business Excellence Section within the SZKO (Slovenian Association for Quality and Excellence). She participates in the editorial board of the magazine Quality. She is the co-author of several papers within the Energy module, which were presented at the annual Quality Conference.

MARKO COKLIN | Counsellor




Business and process consultant in all industries, EFQM certified assesor

 

Marko Coklin is a graduate engineer of computer science and informatics, a specialist in management. He has over 20 years of management experience in various key positions such as CEO, sales, services, products, region, CIO and CEO in an insurance company… 

Since 2000, he has also been an assessor of business excellence. In his career, he has also been the principal assessor several times and, as a deputy of principal assessor, he has evaluated more than 15 Slovenian organisations.

He was educated according to the EFQM model and became an EFQM certified assessor.

In his work, he is responsible for business processes, business and sales, and managing people and organisations.

 

MSc in Public Administration Robin Majnik | Prison Administration of the Republic of Slovenia

 

 

Quality Management Representative, Quality System Administrator, Head of Internal Audit Team, EFQM Certified Assessor

 

 

Robin Majnik has a master's degree in public administration, in the field of monitoring the performance of public sector organisations.

Since 2007, he has been the head of the group of internal auditors and leads internal audits in the Slovenian prison system. In 2007, he participated as an assessor in the “Development and establishment of a system for assessing excellence in public administration” pilot project.

He participated in the European Union's civilian rule of law mission in Kosovo for two years, within the framework of the European Union's common security and defence policy. Since 2008, he has been a lay judge at the District Court in Ljubljana.

He was an active member of the Slovenian Quality Association until 2019, where he was the head of the section in the field of operation of the state sector in the expert council of Slovenian Association for Quality and Excellence.

In 2019, he participated as a founding member of the Slovenian Health Association, where he also actively participates in the formation of the status of a non-governmental organisation.

Since 2016, he has been a licensed PRSPO assessor for the EFQM 2013 model (ECAT certificate). Since 2020, he has been a licensed PRSPO assessor for the EFQM 2020 model (ECAT certificate). He participated as an evaluator for the Award of the Republic of Slovenia for Business Excellence (PRSPO) in 2017.

At the initiative of Slovenian innovation and engineering organisations, he participated in the establishment of the National Council of Innovators of Slovenia in 2010 and chaired it as president until 2012. He made a vertical wind turbine as an innovator and is participating in the “Energy Independent” project, which will be presented in 2021 at his house. He has been energy independent since 2017.
