This year’s meeting of our customers, partners, friends, and anyone interested in the workings of NETS, was attended by more than 70 participants.
The field of health care was represented by two presentations: EFQM excellence model applied to Process and Customer Management in the Health Sector (Dr. Germain Becker, Cabinet d’Orthodontie Becker & Associés – EFQM European Excellence Award finalist and recipient of the EFQM “Adding value for customer” award) and R4E assessment of possibly the best clinic in Central Asia: National Scientific Medical Reasearch Centre, Astana, Kazakhstan (Uroš Gunčar, M. Sc.).
Peter Hvastja showcased how Energetika Ljubljana created a transparent, understandable, flexible and process oriented system with the help of the DNA application.
The topic of processes in healthcare attracted the attention of Ministry of health; event was attended by the State Secretary Ana Medved MD PhD and Secretary General Mirko Stopar, M. Sc.
Participants agreed that NETS made a big step forward in development of our product and that a major benefit of the event is the possibility to see how our products and services can be used best to achieve greater efficiency and better results at their job.
During the event we awarded recognition awards to most active DNA users and companies with the largest share of DNA users.
